Whether you’re juggling high expectations, supporting your child through a difficult season, or sorting through the weight of anxiety or identity—this space was created for you.
With over four years of clinical experience and thousands of therapy sessions conducted, I specialize in helping high-achieving professionals, students, and families manage stress, build executive functioning skills, and reconnect with their values—without burning out. In addition to therapy, I also offer coaching services for clients seeking goal-oriented support beyond traditional mental health care.
At Crescent Counseling & Coaching, I offer individualized mental health care that blends emotional depth with practical strategy. My specialties include anxiety, ADHD, executive dysfunction, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, and cultural identity. I serve clients of all ages, including children as young as 3.
Crescent Counseling & Coaching is a private-pay practice. This model allows me to provide focused, high-quality care without the limitations or time constraints of insurance billing—ensuring sessions are centered entirely around your goals and growth. While I do not accept insurance directly, many clients are able to use out-of-network benefits through their insurance plans for partial reimbursement. I’m happy to provide monthly superbills to support this process. Additionally, HSA and FSA cards are accepted, offering a flexible way to pay for your sessions using pre-tax dollars.
I provide therapy and coaching for clients navigating a wide range of challenges, with a focus on those who are highly driven, emotionally insightful, or managing layered personal and cultural identities.
Clients I frequently work with include:
managing stress, burnout, and decision fatigue in demanding careers
struggling with anxiety, focus, personal relationships, and emotional regulation
juggling academics, ambition, and identity pressures
balancing cultural expectations with personal independence
seeking structure and empowerment with ADHD or ASD Level 1
looking for support in understanding and guiding their children
experiencing emotional, behavioral, or attention-related challenges
