Her solution-focused approach helps clients identify practical strategies and create lasting change. AnnaSophia combines behavioral science with trauma-informed, holistic care to support children, teens, and adults in creating meaningful change. With a background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), counseling theory, and developmental psychology, she specializes in emotional regulation, executive functioning, and relationship-building for individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, and cultural/religious challenges faced by minority communities.
Her approach is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and evidence-based practice. Clients appreciate her structured yet emotionally attuned style—and many benefit from the calming presence of her emotional support cat or dog during sessions.
Currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, AnnaSophia brings a well-rounded, compassionate lens to coaching, always honoring the unique story and identity of each client.
At Crescent Counseling & Coaching, we offer individualized mental health care that blends emotional depth with practical strategy. Our specialties include anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, executive dysfunction, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, and cultural identity. We serve clients of all ages, including children as young as 3.
Crescent Counseling & Coaching is a private-pay practice. This model allows us to provide focused, high-quality care without the limitations or time constraints of insurance billing—ensuring sessions are centered entirely around your goals and growth. While we do not accept insurance directly, many clients are able to use out-of-network benefits through their insurance plans for partial reimbursement. We're happy to provide monthly superbills to support this process. Additionally, HSA and FSA cards are accepted, offering a flexible way to pay for your sessions using pre-tax dollars.
