Zaneb Mansha, LSW, RCSWI
FOUNDER & THERAPIST
Hi, I’m Zaneb—most people call me Z. I’m a mental health therapist based in Boca Raton, Florida. I specialize in helping high-achieving professionals, students (ages 3+), families, and couples manage stress, strengthen communication, and reconnect with their values.
Whether we’re sitting in the office, walking outdoors, or engaging in creative expression, my goal is always the same: to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools you can use beyond the therapy room.
My Background
I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Psychology (with a minor in Sociology) and my Master of Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling from The Ohio State University, graduating with high honors. My training at OSU—one of the nation’s top-ranked programs—emphasized clinical practice, community engagement, and evidence-based care.
During my undergraduate studies, I spent two years as a research assistant in the OSU Health Psychology Lab, where I worked on projects exploring culture, minority identity, and health outcomes. That experience shaped my commitment to culturally informed care.
After graduation, I briefly worked as a preschool teacher, developing a stronger foundation in child development and emotional regulation. Clinically, I gained one year of experience in inpatient psychiatric care, supporting individuals in acute crisis, before moving into private practice, where I’ve spent the past three years working with children, teens, professionals, couples, and families.
Across thousands of sessions, I’ve learned that growth is always possible when we create space for both compassion and strategy.
Crescent Counseling & Coaching
In 2024, I founded Crescent Counseling & Coaching to create a space where wellness and identity are deeply respected. My vision was to offer therapy and coaching that bridges evidence-based care with cultural understanding and holistic practices.
Whether you’re navigating burnout, neurodivergence, cultural tension, or personal growth, Crescent is a place where you’ll find both depth and direction.

AnnaSophia Kavtaradze
LIFE COACH
Hi, I’m AnnaSophia—a life coach and behavior therapist committed to integrating behavioral science with trauma-informed, holistic care. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to foster meaningful behavioral change, strengthen emotional regulation, and support long-term well-being.
My approach is rooted in empathy, cultural humility, and evidence-based practice. I focus on creating collaborative, affirming spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.
My Specialties
I specialize in supporting clients with:
Behavioral challenges and affective dysregulation
Communication and executive functioning difficulties
Interpersonal relationship struggles
ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and anxiety
Trauma histories and emotional regulation challenges
My Approach
My clinical style reflects a blend of applied behavior analysis (ABA), counseling theory, and developmental psychology, allowing me to tailor interventions that are both structured and emotionally attuned.
I draw from:
Behavioral interventions to build structure, skills, and confidence
Trauma-informed care that centers safety and empowerment
Holistic and somatic practices that integrate mind and body healing
Developmental psychology to adapt care across life stages and neurotypes
Animal-assisted support through my emotional support cat or dog, fostering grounding and connection—especially helpful for clients who benefit from sensory comfort
My Background
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, graduating cum laude from Florida Atlantic University. This foundation gave me a multidisciplinary understanding of behavior, trauma, and the interplay between individual experience and systemic structures. It also fueled my passion for serving clients impacted by generational trauma, socioeconomic hardship, and institutional injustice.
I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, where I am developing advanced skills in diagnostic assessment, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and integrative treatment planning. This training is helping me expand from a primarily behavioral focus to a more comprehensive therapeutic model—one that combines talk therapy, somatic techniques, and emotionally focused approaches with structured behavioral interventions.
My Philosophy
Every individual carries a story that deserves both clinical expertise and human compassion. Whether you’re navigating behavioral hurdles, seeking personal growth, or processing emotional pain, I’m here to support you with clarity, integrity, and deep respect for your lived experience.
