Therapy focuses on healing, emotional processing, and managing mental health concerns. Coaching is more future-focused and goal-oriented, offering structure, accountability, and mindset work. I offer both, depending on your needs.
Yes. All coaching sessions and therapy sessions are offered both in-person (located in Boca Raton, Florida) and virtually for your convenience.
The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping to work on, and what you’d like to get out of our time together. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—just come as you are.
For follow-up sessions, you can expect a dynamic and engaging experience focused on your growth. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and objectives, ensuring that we tackle the issues that matter most to you. We will discuss your goals, identify obstacles, and develop practical strategies to overcome challenges. My solution-focused approach means you will leave each session with clear steps to take and measurable outcomes to strive for. The environment is supportive and non-judgmental, allowing you to explore your ambitions with confidence while also challenging you to
It depends on your goals and availability. Many clients begin with weekly sessions, while others prefer every other week. We’ll collaborate to find a rhythm that supports your progress without overwhelming you.
As a fully private pay practice, I accept most major credit and debit cards, and a valid credit card is required to be kept on file at all times in order to schedule appointments. Payment is due at the time of each session.
If you're a Florida-based therapy client, you may use HSA or FSA funds to pay for sessions. HSA or FSA funds are typically eligible for therapy services, however I suggest checking with your insurance provider to confirm. Additionally, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may be able to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed—I recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.
Coaching services are fully private pay and are not eligible for out-of-network insurance, HSA, or FSA reimbursement, regardless of location.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for therapy clients based on financial need. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out—we can explore your options together.
This is a question I get a lot—and it’s a fair one.
The short answer? I want to give you the best possible care, without the limitations and burnout that come with working through insurance.
Choosing not to accept insurance allows me to focus more on you and less on red tape. There’s no need for a mental health diagnosis, no sharing your information with third parties, and no time spent filling out extensive paperwork. It gives us the freedom to tailor sessions to your needs—not just what insurance covers.
Whether you're a new or returning client, you're welcome to book a session anytime through my online scheduling system—it always shows my most current availability. If you're new here, I’ll follow up after your request to confirm your appointment and send over intake forms so we can get started.
Absolutely. Coaching can complement therapy if you're looking for extra accountability or support in a specific area of life.
I occasionally offer family therapy sessions as part of a client’s ongoing individual work when it supports their goals and progress. At this time, I do not offer family therapy as a standalone service for new clients.
