As a fully private pay practice, I accept all major credit and debit cards. A valid card is required to be kept on file at all times to schedule appointments, and payment is due at the time of each session.

If you're a Florida-based therapy client, you may use HSA or FSA funds to pay for sessions. These are often eligible for therapy services, but I recommend checking with your provider to confirm your individual coverage. I’m also happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may be able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and it's best to verify your benefits directly with your insurance company.

Coaching services are fully private pay and are not eligible for out-of-network reimbursement or HSA/FSA use, regardless of your location.

I do keep a limited number of sliding scale spots available for therapy clients based on financial need. If cost is a concern, don’t hesitate to reach out — I’d be happy to explore options with you.
