With over four years of clinical experience and thousands of therapy sessions conducted, Zaneb specializes in helping high-achieving professionals, students, and families manage stress, build executive functioning skills, and reconnect with their values—without burning out. In addition to therapy, Zaneb also offer coaching services for clients seeking goal-oriented support beyond traditional mental health care.
AnnaSophia combines behavioral science with trauma-informed, holistic care to support children, teens, and adults in creating meaningful change. With a background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), counseling theory, and developmental psychology, she specializes in emotional regulation, executive functioning, and relationship-building for individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and trauma histories.
Her approach is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and evidence-based practice. Clients appreciate her structured yet emotionally attuned style—and many benefit from the calming presence of her emotional support cat or dog during sessions.
Currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, AnnaSophia brings a well-rounded, compassionate lens to coaching, always honoring the unique story and identity of each client.
