Hi, I’m Zaneb Mansha — a mental health therapist and executive functioning coach who specializes in working with high-achieving, neurodivergent, and culturally diverse clients. I’ve provided over 2,500 therapy sessions, and I know how exhausting it can be to carry the weight of ambition while managing ADHD, anxiety, or burnout in silence.
Whether you're a student, a professional, or a parent trying to keep it all together — therapy doesn't have to be one more thing on your to-do list. It can be the place where everything finally makes sense.
I offer therapy and coaching for:
I work with children (ages 3+), teens, and young adults using developmentally appropriate and engaging approaches—such as play therapy, art therapy, and walk & talk sessions—to meet them where they are emotionally and cognitively.
Investment:
Individual child & teen therapy sessions are $150 per 50-minute session. This includes parent communication, collaboration with schools or other professionals, and a customized approach for your child’s needs.
I am currently private pay only, but I can provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I also accept HSA/FSA cards. A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available — please inquire.
✔ Parent Involvement
I collaborate closely with caregivers to create consistency and improve communication at home, ensuring therapeutic progress continues beyond the session.
✔ School Collaboration & Accommodations
I work with teachers, school counselors, and administrators to advocate for your child’s needs. When appropriate, I assist with documentation, attend school meetings, and support IEP/504 planning to ensure academic and emotional success.
✔ Collaboration with Other Professionals
I coordinate care with pediatricians, psychiatrists, and other providers to ensure your child receives holistic, integrated support across all domains.
✔ Psychoeducation for Families
I empower both parents and teens with tools and insights to better understand emotional regulation, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma—helping you respond with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
✔ Creative & Engaging Approaches
From sensory-based play therapy and expressive arts to open-air walk & talk sessions, I tailor therapy to fit your child’s developmental stage, interests, and communication style.
✔ Culturally Responsive Care
With a deep understanding of the intersections of culture, faith, family, and identity, I create a space where your child’s background is seen, respected, and reflected in treatment.
✔ Specialized in ADHD & High-Achieving Individuals
I support bright, sensitive, and often misunderstood children and teens who struggle with focus, perfectionism, or emotional intensity—especially those with ADHD or executive functioning challenges.
✔ Strategic, Solution-Focused Approach
My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy, offering actionable strategies designed to create meaningful and lasting change.
✔ Luxury In-Person Experience (Boca Raton)
Sessions are held in a calm, beautifully designed office space that helps children feel safe, relaxed, and engaged.
✔ Virtual Sessions Available Worldwide
Whether you're across town or across the globe, I offer accessible, high-quality therapy that meets you wherever you are.
